Please note we no longer give quotes for this service without a viewing first to ensure you get the best value for money as we will also take into account quality re-sale furniture and antiques and make allowances for them off the price of the clearance.
Bereavement Clearances
Here at S&R Services we understand how hard it can be clearing the possessions of a loved one who has recently passed away. We are here to help take away the stress and pain of having to do this on your own.
Our Bereavement clearances are done in a very sympathetic manner. We can collect keys from you to do a quote and return them to you on the same day or we are happy to meet a friend, relative or agent at the property to do the quote.
Whilst at the property we will look at items of value i.e. resale furniture etc. and look to taking allowances off the cost of the clearance for these items, saving you as much money as we can and supplying a full receipt for probate if required.
Once we have built our quote for you and If our quote is satisfactory to you we will arrange a time and date to do the clearance. We will once again collect the keys from you the day before work is due to commence and deliver them back upon completion of works carried out if requested. Please note in some extreme cases it may take more than one day to clear a large property that has built up many years of furniture and personal effects.
